Inspire Volunteering – credits obviously to Inspire Volunteering who did indeed ‘inspire’ us to take the leap from one world to another in every way. We selected a two month programme with Futuresense in Battambang, Cambodia working alongside CAD below. Extremely well organised and effective programmes, highly recommended.

hildrens Action for Development, Battambang, Cambodia – our initial host NGO in Battambang where we are working on a variety of teaching and computer skills projects. Director, Racky, is passionate, inspiring and driven to make a difference in his communities.
Spitler School, Siem Reap, Cambodia – NGO with an extremely well run schools in Siem Reap extended to the community building roads, wells, training teachers and supporting children into senior school studies. Big thanks to Danny Spitler, and Director, Sarin who invited us to the school to share their work.
Salariin Kampuchea, Siem Reap, Cambodia – Two learning centres in Siem Reap, providing a learning haven for children to study computing, English and life skills. Director, Ravy, spent time sharing his work at the centre, and specifically his knowledge and experience in teaching computer skills.
Karuna
, Battambang, Cambodia – Five well-run and well-resourced computer centres in and around Battambang teaching students a combined English and Computer Skills programme of study. Thanks to Director, Tom who shared both time and resources.

Osprey Packs – A bag and pack fanatic, I spent far too long searching for the “perfect” packs for this unplanned journey. Kids packs are practically non-existence, but these Osprey Jib packs alongside our Osprey Waypoint travel packs are a winner. Yet to completed their full test, but the day packs that come with them so far are awesome in every way.
